Cape Cross Lodge is situated next to the world's largest breeding colony of Cape Fur Seals, safely away from the "smell" zone, 60 km north of Henties Bay and 120 km north of Swakopmund. The architecture blends Cape Dutch and West Coast fishing village styles, featuring colossal windows that embrace natural light and offer endless scenic views.

The lodge offers eighteen sea view standard rooms and two sea view suites, each classically appointed with attention to detail and a rustic charm. Large windows provide breath-taking views, and En-suite bathrooms emphasize simplicity. Private balconies with wooden deck chairs and tables offer unrestricted sea views and a sense of complete relaxation. Four rooms can be connected to create family units.

The expansive patio overlooking the beach and ocean leads to a lower deck with a warm reception area and a curios shop filled with unique gifts. The bar and lounge, a quirky wine cellar, and two cosy dining areas extend from this inviting space.

Surrounded by endless ocean and desert, the lodge is near rocky outcrops that serve as a playground for a large seal colony.

Cape Cross Campsite: Each of the 21 campsites is equipped with its own light with a switch, a double 220v plug, and a trip switch. A wash basin with cold running water and a work surface serves as a kitchen area. Each site also has its own braai area. The central ablution facility offers showers with hot and cold running water, flush sanitation, hand basins, and mirrors. Campers are welcome to use the lodge's facilities, which include a bar and an à la carte restaurant.
