Victoria Falls Day Tour

This full day guided Victoria Falls tour (8 AM - 5 PM) starts from Kasane in Botswana. The tour departs at 8 AM in Kasane, where the clients will be transported to the Botswana and Zimbabwe border by a local transfer company. Clients will then be met in Zimbabwe by their guide. The drive to the town of Victoria Falls is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and passes through the Zambezi National Park.

En Route to the falls, the “Big Tree” will be visited which is a massive baobab, hundreds of years old. The one hour visit to the falls starts at the Livingstone’s statue, Devils Cataract and proceeding through the rainforest to the Danger Point.

After that, the guests will be taken to the local market, where they can shop for souvenirs of a variety of wood carvings, local fabrics and stone sculptures. An a la carte lunch will then follow with a view of the Victoria Falls at the Ilala Lodges’ Palm Restaurant.

The guests can then go on a visit through the well-known Victoria Falls Hotel. The hotel was built in 1904 and is famous for its tasteful design and elegant colonial décor. The Victoria Falls Bridge can be viewed from the garden.

Guests will then be transferred back to Kasane where the tour ends.
