Kunene River White Water Rafting

Until further notice canoes will be rented out without a guide, and guests are required to paddle themselves.

Novices will experience all the thrills and adrenaline pumping excitement they could imagine, while experts with a thirst for adventure will appreciate the quality of the rapids to be discovered in the Ondoruzu Gorge.

Having been kitted out with a helmet and a life-jacket, guests will be taken on a short drive to their starting point. Guests will start paddling in gentle conditions, getting the feel of your boat in preparation for the rapids ahead.

After a short spell of quiet water, more rapids of varying difficulty will follow. As always, the river conditions on the day will determine the class of rapids, the guests will encounter. 

After paddling a short stretch of quiet water, guests will return to Kunene River Campsite.
